- 1 small avocado
- 16 ounces silken tofu
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup date syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla/chocolate/peanut protein
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a food processor. add the silken tofu to the food processor.
- melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler until smooth, then add them to the food processor. pour in the date syrup and vanilla extract.
- add one scoop of your preferred protein powder (vanilla, chocolate, or peanut).
- blend all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. transfer the mousse to a container, spreading it out evenly.
- place the container in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.
